Before we ever roll a camera, you get a shot list and a shoot-day schedule so everyone knows what we're capturing and when. On the day, the crew arrives early to set up lighting and audio, we work through the shot list in blocks, and we review key takes with you on set. After the shoot we move into editing—the delivery schedule depends on the scope, and we confirm it with you before the shoot is booked.
It's collaborative. Most shoots feature your own space, team, and products—that's usually what the content is about. When a project calls for outside locations, on-camera talent, or props, we handle the scouting and coordination, and any location fees, talent rates, or permits are scoped and approved by you in advance. Nothing gets booked without your sign-off.
The final deliverables are yours to use across your brand's channels—website, social, ads, presentations, and print. Music is licensed for the platforms your project targets, and we document that license so you know exactly where each cut can run. We also keep a raw selects archive from your shoot, so future edits don't require a new production.
Every proposal spells out the number of revision rounds for that project before we shoot, so there are no surprises. Rounds work best as consolidated feedback—one list of changes per round rather than a trickle—and small fixes like a typo in a caption don't count against them. If you need changes beyond the agreed rounds, we scope them transparently before doing the work.
